Kirk Acevedo ‘to play decreased Fringe role’

Kirk Acevedo has revealed that he will play a limited character in the approaching 4th season of Fringe DVD.

The role player plays Charlie Francis on the Fox sci-fi play, but his new show Prime Suspect was recently plucked up to series by NBC.

"All I know is they do want me back (on Fringe DVD)," Acevedo told TV Line. "It’s a corking grouping of hombres over there."

Hashing out his on-screen married person Seth Gabel (Lincoln Lee), he added: "Seth is such a good guy. I talk to him all the time."

However, Acevedo supported that his new allegiance to Prime Suspect could keep him from returning to Fringe for most of next season.

"I can only, contractually, do maybe three or four (Fringe episodes)," he admitted.

Series star Joshua Jackson (Peter Bishop) recently hinted that the 4th foot race of Fringe could enter "revolutionary" changes, while executive producer Jeff Pinkner called that undetermined events from the show’s recent season coda will be cared with in future episodes.

Fringe DVD will return to Fridays at 9 8c on Dodger in the autumn.
